How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. If you can't access the app or need help, email support@myhousediary.com from your registered address and include “Delete My Account” in your message.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your iPhone: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → HouseDiary → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Is my home data private?

Yes. Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Documents and photos are stored in private, access-controlled storage. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Use the form above and describe the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel, your account stays on the Free plan and your data remains available. If you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), your data is removed from our active systems. Some limited residual copies (e.g., backups) may persist for a short time.
